24/7 Staffing began working with RACS Marketing well over a year ago with a brief to assist in defining their brand and repositioning them away from a sole focus on driving, to a multi-sector agency. They were keen to modernise their brand, build up recognition amongst their audiences (both B2B and B2C) and develop wider awareness through targeted marketing campaigns and communications.
Establishing the Brand Identity
The first step was to work closely with the directors to understand their brand and existing communications. They were keen to evolve, rather than revolutionise. The logo design was stripped back and simplified, then, a range of colours introduced to define and differentiate each of their 4 sectors – along with simple graphics for each of these. We then created a range of supporting material, including business stationery, brochure and cards.
For well over a year, the team have worked on a full suite of marketing services for 24/7 Staffing, bringing all communications inline with the brand guidelines and ensuring consistency across every campaign, ranging from vehicle graphics, advertising, office graphics and signage, event stands, brochures and leaflets, branded email newsletters, promotional merchandise and campaigns specifically targeted at increasing client and candidate numbers.
The Final Piece Of The Jigsaw
Having worked closely with the client at every stage of the brand’s development, identifying their requirements and designing the website became a straightforward process. The brief was to simplify the existing site, improve the user-experience and ensure consistency of design with a clear call-to-action at every stage of the candidate or client ‘journey’. A series of pages were designed, offering our client the opportunity to see the site across a variety of templates, before launch. Once launched (July 2016) the contemporary site will enhance 24/7 Staffing’s existing channels of communication, offering easy registration for new clients and improved job search facilities for existing candidates.
